Bolle Blanc De Blancs is our alcohol-free sparkling wine, crafted in the vineyards of La Mancha, Spain. Produced from Chardonnay and Sylvaner grapes, making a truly refined sparkling wine experience.

Starting with a refreshing citrus burst unfolds into lively notes of lemon, grapefruit, and lime. Joined with hints of orange and lemon zest. Undertones of gentle earthiness of minerals and honey, offering balance and depth.

As the flavours develop, subtle hints of mango and crisp green apple bring a touch of tropical allure. Warm, toasty undertones reminiscent of freshly baked bread add depth, while gentle notes of cedar and nutmeg provide a sophisticated, spicy finish.
