Bolle Blanc de Blancs is an elegant low alcohol sparkling wine, crafted in the vineyards of La Mancha, Spain. Produced from Chardonnay and Sylvaner grapes, it delivers a refined and expressive sparkling wine experience.

It opens with a bright citrus burst, with notes of lemon, grapefruit and lime, complemented by hints of orange zest. Subtle undertones of minerals and honey add balance and depth.

As the flavours develop, layers of crisp green apple and gentle tropical notes emerge, alongside warm, toasty hints reminiscent of freshly baked bread. Delicate touches of cedar and nutmeg bring a refined, spiced finish.

Golden and clear in appearance, it offers clean citrus aromas on the nose. Medium-dry with balanced acidity and a light to medium body, it leads to a smooth, medium to long finish.
