BOLLE Chardonnay Low Alcohol

Bolle Chardonnay is a low alcohol still wine produced in the vineyards of La Mancha, Spain. Crafted from Chardonnay and Sylvaner grapes, it offers a crisp and layered style with a refined finish.

A lively medley of stone fruits and citrus leads the profile, with notes of ripe apple, apricot and bright lemon, complemented by a touch of grapefruit zest. Subtle tropical undertones of pineapple and soft mango add depth, while delicate white floral notes bring elegance to the aroma.

Smooth and refreshing, it has a clean, creamy finish with a golden, clear appearance. On the palate, it is medium-dry with balanced acidity and a light to medium body, leading to a medium to long finish, with subtle hints of vanilla throughout.

Perfectly suited to lighter dishes, it pairs particularly well with pan-seared sea bass with lemon butter and capers.

Made without the addition of sugar, flavours, glycerine or colours, it is a pure expression of the wine, and is also low in calories and vegan friendly.
