BOLLE Rosé Low Alcohol

Bolle Sparkling Rosé is an elegant low alcohol sparkling wine, crafted in the vineyards of La Mancha, Spain. Blended from Chardonnay, Silvaner and Pinot Noir grapes, it offers a fresh and expressive style.

On the palate, it reveals vibrant notes of white strawberry, red berries and blackcurrant, alongside delicate hints of violet and a subtle touch of fresh herbs. Dry and refreshing, it is lifted by a gentle mineral edge.

Light pink and clear in appearance, it opens with aromatic notes of red fruits and florals. With medium acidity and a light body, it leads to a long, clean and lingering finish.

A refreshing and vibrant choice, it pairs particularly well with watermelon and feta salad with mint and balsamic reduction.

Made without the addition of sugar, flavours, glycerine, colours or aromas, it is a pure expression of the wine, and is also low in calories and vegan friendly.
