Bolle Sparkling Rosé is our elegant alcohol-free bubbly, crafted in the vineyards of La Mancha, Spain. Blended with Chardonnay, Silvaner and Pinot Noir grapes, creating a refreshing Sparkling Rosé.

On the palate, an expressive bouquet greets the senses, notes of white strawberry, red berries, blackcurrant, violet, and a whisper of fresh herbs. A dry, refreshing profile lifted by a subtle mineral edge.

On appearance Bolle Sparkling Rosé is a light pink, clear colour. Aromas of white strawberry, red berries, blackcurrant and violet. A dry wine with medium acidity and a light body - with a long, lingering finish.
