Nozeco Sparkling Rose Low Alcohol

Nozeco Rosé Sparkling is a low alcohol sparkling wine, crafted from dealcoholised wine made from white grapes in Spain.

Slightly off-dry in style, it is balanced by crisp acidity and a smooth, persistent mousse. The palate reveals juicy red fruit notes of red apple and wild strawberry, complemented by delicate hints of clove and nutmeg.

Bright pale pink in appearance with fine, lively bubbles, it opens with expressive fruity aromas, alongside notes of white strawberry, red fruits and subtle floral hints of cherry blossom and rose petals.

Fresh and easy to enjoy, it is ideal as an aperitif, for celebrations, or paired with lightly spiced dishes such as ceviche with ponzu, yuzu and fresh ginger.
